The Penn Bioethics Journal (PBJ)is an undergraduate-run journal that publishes work from other undergraduates around the globe. We accept all work from all fields related to bioethics and encourage submitting papers written for courses.
The PBJ editors invite submissions of papers on any aspect of bioethics written by undergraduate students. Papers can be reports of empirical research or novel syntheses of previous work in science, philosophy, public policy, or any other discipline addressing an issue in bioethics. We also accept shorter works such as news briefs and editorials. Please visit our website for more information. There you will find information on the different types of pieces you can write and logistics of the review process. Submitting a paper earlier allows an author to get feedback and resubmit if needed.
